Refund Policy

Virtual Air Traffic provides digital software services delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the digital nature of our services, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this policy.

1. Free Tier

We offer a free tier allowing users to evaluate our platform before upgrading to a paid subscription.

By upgrading to a paid plan, you acknowledge that:

  • You have had the opportunity to test the service.
  • You understand the features included in your plan.
  • You are satisfied prior to completing payment.

2. No Refund Policy

  • No refunds for subscription fees.
  • No refunds for partial billing periods.
  • No refunds for unused time.
  • No refunds due to lack of usage.
  • No refunds for dissatisfaction where features were accurately described.

Access is granted immediately upon successful payment. Digital services cannot be returned.

3. EU Right of Withdrawal Waiver

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you would normally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase and accessing the service, you:

  • Expressly consent to immediate access to the digital service.
  • Acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access to the service begins.

4. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel at any time via your account settings.
  • Cancellation stops future billing.
  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.
  • No prorated refunds are provided.

5. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Verified billing mistakes will be corrected.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Lifetime Plan

From time to time, Virtual Air Traffic may offer a one-time purchase plan described as a “Lifetime” plan. For the purposes of this policy and our Terms of Service, “Lifetime” refers solely to the commercial and operational lifespan of the Virtual Air Traffic product or service, and not the lifetime of the purchaser or user. By purchasing a Lifetime plan, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Lifetime access applies only for as long as the Virtual Air Traffic service, or the specific product associated with the Lifetime plan, remains operational, maintained, and commercially available.
  • Virtual Air Traffic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, replace, discontinue, or retire any product, feature, or service at any time, including those associated with a Lifetime plan.
  • If the product, service, or platform is discontinued, rendered obsolete, replaced, or reaches end-of-life (EOL), the Lifetime plan will be deemed fully delivered and satisfied.
  • The discontinuation, shutdown, replacement, or end-of-life of the service does not entitle the purchaser to any refund, partial refund, credit, or compensation.
  • Lifetime plans apply only to the specific product or service for which the plan was purchased and do not automatically transfer to future products, versions, platforms, or services unless explicitly stated by Virtual Air Traffic.
